As ChallengeBus is about your company, we will be preparing for the trip together with your company. That way we will be sure that the whole experience fits your company perfectly. That goes from the participants to the route we take. By carefully matching all the elements of a ChallengeBus trip, the whole experience will go far beyond the sum of its parts.

 

Before ChallengeBus drives off, we will sit down together to determine the goals of the trip. We can set specific projects to work on, or define a framework that we will give to participants in preparation for the trip. That will give the trip the goals to reach. Together we will be relating these goals to the milestones we have defined for ChallengeBus trips. That gives a clear guideline for what needs to be during what part of the trip.

 

The actual route is another very important part to talk about. We want to prepare a route that will inspire your people and that will make them excited to go. On the other hand, we also want to have a number of stops where ideas can be pitched and measured against the response of an audience.

 

And most importantly, together we will select the participants for ChallengeBus.
