FOR ORGANISATIONS

A different map for every organisation

What happens during a ChallengeBus expedition varies by organisation. Not because the concept changes, but because the question does.

Companies

Innovation often gets stuck in the meeting room. A good idea gets put on the action list, the action list disappears under the daily grind, and six months later nobody's responsible anymore. Meanwhile everyone knows something needs to happen with AI, with new revenue models, with the way departments work past each other — but nobody knows exactly where to start. ChallengeBus takes a cross-section of your organisation out of that meeting room, puts them on the road for a few days, and lets them come back with something that works: a new product, a service or an internal initiative that doesn't end up on the action list, because it's already there.

Government & trade associations

You rarely solve societal challenges within the walls of one organisation. Participation, sustainability, collaboration in the chain: these are tasks that require parties who normally barely speak to each other. A ChallengeBus expedition literally puts those parties in the same bus, with the same time pressure and the same impossibility of walking away when it gets difficult.

Education

Students usually learn about entrepreneurship from a book or a guest lecture. ChallengeBus lets them feel it. In an edition with eighty students from HZ University of Applied Sciences, in collaboration with Dockwize and JRCZ, spread across two buses, twelve hours was enough to visit companies in the protein transition chain, looking for opportunities for the use of seaweed: not from a lecture hall, but on the road, at the companies themselves.

Healthcare

Staff shortages and digitalisation demand new care concepts, but the time and space to really dive into that is often missing within day-to-day practice. ChallengeBus gives healthcare organisations exactly that: a few days away from the shop floor, with the same pressure and focus that has already led to buildable solutions elsewhere.

INVESTMENT

What an expedition costs depends on the duration, group size, route and degree of customisation. The conversation about that starts with an intake, not a price list.
